Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Talent Katta Dot Com, we are committed to offering a clear and transparent policy regarding refunds and cancellations. This policy applies to services, subscriptions, auditions, events, competitions, and digital products that are offered through our platform.

General Policy

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing to our official support team. Eligibility for refunds may vary based on the type of service purchased, the time of cancellation, and any applicable terms presented at the time of purchase. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment only.

Auditions and Events

Participant Cancellations

• More than 7 days prior: Eligible for full refund minus processing fees (if applicable).
• 3–7 days prior: Eligible for 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days prior: Not eligible for refund.
• No-shows: Not eligible for refund.

Organizer Cancellations

If an audition or event is cancelled by the organizer, all registered participants will automatically receive a full refund of their paid fees. Participants will be notified as quickly as possible in such cases.

Memberships and Subscriptions

All subscription and membership purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your plan at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated or partial refunds are provided for unused portions.

Digital Products and Services

Digital products, including workshops, courses, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable once they are accessed or downloaded. Refunds are only possible in cases of verified technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product.

Awards and Competitions

Fees paid for awards or competition entries are generally non-refundable after submission. Participants are urged to carefully review competition rules and eligibility before registering.

Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7–10 business days. Please note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time before the refunded amount appears on your account.

Exceptions

Talent Katta Dot Com reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances, such as event cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies or widespread technical outages. Any such exceptions will be handled at the sole discretion of Talent Katta Dot Com.
