1. Digital Products and Services

Digital services and products (such as memberships, online courses, downloadable resources, and virtual auditions or events) are delivered instantly or within a few hours of purchase via your registered email or directly through your Talent Katta Dot Com account.

No shipping fees apply to digital products.

2. Physical Products and Merchandise

In case we offer physical items such as merchandise, printed certificates, or event-related materials, the following conditions will apply:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Shipping timelines depend on your location and chosen delivery method. Standard delivery within India usually takes 7–10 business days. International shipping may take longer.
  • Shipping Charges: Applicable fees will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be shared with you (if available) once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship physical items only to select locations. Delivery may not be available in remote or restricted regions. If your address is outside our serviceable areas, we will notify you promptly.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to deliver orders on time, Talent Katta Dot Com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can assist you.

5. Order Issues and Returns

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete physical item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the case and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
